Christmas Celebration Alabama Style

No, "Alabama Style" doesn't involve anything Crimson Tide related, it just refers to the state in which we celebrated Christmas.  :)  This Christmastime was really special because we were able to see more family than we usually do.  On Christmas Eve, David's parents were in town so we hosted a dinner with them, my mom and Beth's family (David's sister).  I fixed some spicy gumbo (a little too spicy) and we had a great time hanging out.  Afterwards, some of us went to church for the Christmas Eve service.  We slacked on taking pictures but here's a few we did take of Tate and his cousins.

This was the first year Tate started to understand what was going on around Christmas.  At least he got excited about all the gift giving and enjoyed the "stuff" part of it.  Below are a few pictures including him with his Mickey Mouse ears (he loves Mickey right now) along with his balance bike and some other goodies.

Up next, Part II of our Christmas celebration in North Carolina with the Barnette crew.  Stay tuned...
